The high-rise frame-core tube structure for Anhui Hotel was chosen as the object structure,which was
analyzed and modeled by the structural design software SATWE commonly used in China. The results were checked
by the finite element analysis software ETABS, including the dynamic property, deformation and element
arrangement. To provide reference for project investment decisions,the structure was optimized and its performance
was compared before and after the optimization; it was examined the influences of the exterior column style on the
project progress and the economic indicator.
