STUDY OF THE SELECTION OF OLD INDUSTRIAL BUILDING RENOVATION BASED ON APH TOPSIS

  • Publish Date: 2014-09-20
  • With the advent of the post-industrial era,the reuses of the old industrial buildings become the focus of study. The renewal value depends on the selection of transformation plans. What’s much important is to choose one appropriate plan which can maximize the value. This article was oriented by the value factors, with which the reuse index evaluation system of old industrial building was built through quantifying and stratifying the value factors. Simultaneously the analytic hierarchy process was used to determine the relative weights of the various indicators, and fuzzy TOPSIS was used to evaluate, organize and sort different transformation plans. The order of the program sort was got to and provide a reliable basis for the decision-making of transformation of the old industrial building through quantitative treatment of ambiguity and uncertainty indicators. This method is an effective way of decision, which is easy to expand and applied to similar decisions.
