PROCESSING TECHNOLOGY OF GFRP COMPOSITE FOAM SANDWICH TUBE

In terms of the shortcomings of present manufacturing process，a new preparation technology for composites foam sandwich tube has been established． Whose specimens were made and the effects of cores surface treatment and interwining force on the failure mode and ultimate resistant capacity were studied． According to the effects，some corresponding improment measures were put forward which would ensure that the inner and outer tubes of the composite sandwich tubes could give full play to their superior properties when they work together．
