It was explored the mix proportion design method for porous concrete based on void ratio control. The process
and key points of mix proportion design were described by comparison with the mix proportion experiments. This method
was verified to be convenient and practical. Besides,it’s effective to control the comprehensive performances of porous
concrete. According to the analysis and comparison of influence of void ratio and water-binder ratio on compressive
strength,void ratio was defined to have a more significant influence on compressive strength,while the effect of waterbinder
was less. Moreover,this paper also analyzed the reason of void ratio deviation generated in the process of
vibration molding method. Proposal was made to measures for decreaseing the void ratio deviation.
