In order to improve the life and bearing capacity of the original brick column,it was changed brick bent into composite masonry bent by using encasing reinforced concrete. Utilizing the underpinning technique and combined with the supporting role of the original wall,it was ultimately achieved the goal of dismantling the original wall and incorporated the use space of the building.
