AGING COMMUNITY TRANSFORMATION STRATEGY UNDER VIRTUAL COMMUNITY MODEL

A lot of problems,such as aging,weak infrastructure etc exist in many traditional residential blocks. The intensification of conflicts between these problems and its inherent historical and cultural value are more and more serious,It makes living type streets become the chicken ribs. It was explored the elderly-oriented reforming strategies of thechicken ribsblocks by investigating the situation of one residential block in Xuzhou,and being concerned with the outdoor action space of aging populations,also adjusting the spatial configuration of the block according to research data,and leading the virtual community of blocks to benign direction.
