TECHNICAL AND ECONOMIC ANALYSIS OF STEEL FIBER FERROCEMENT MORTAR STRENGTHENING METHOD

  • The results of 6 sets of tests showed that the main body structure of primary member in the generalindustrial and civil building after reinforced by steel fiber ferrocement mortar,reinforcement layer and originalstructure could work together effectively,bearing capacity was greatly improved,mode of component failure changedto ductile failure and crack also came to be fine and den. According to the actual conditions of a project and optionaltransformation reinforcement scheme,all together 14 technical and economic indexes,including strengthening layerthickness,direct construction cost and environmental protection effect,etc were selected to determine the weight ofeach index by entropy decision and finally fuzzy comprehensive evaluation was used to judge three design programs,itwas found that steel fiber ferrocement mortar was a strengthening method with good technical performance,reasonableeconomic costs and dominant comprehensive value.
