The helical ribbed bar is named HR bar.By 20 prestressed transmission length tests of prestressed HR bar, the effect of the main factors(effective prestress of HR bar, concrete tensile strength, diameter of HR bar and stirrup ratio) on prestressed transmission length was analyzed in detail.The analyses showed that the relative prestressed transmission length was proportional to the HR bar effective prestress, and was inversely proportional to the concrete tensile strength.On the basis of the experimental data, and based on the results of bond-anchorage tests of HR bar, the formula of prestressed transmission length for HR bar was proposed.
