Abstract

Abstract

On condition of developing industrial heritage, it was studied the driving force of industrial heritage development, purpose is to development the influence factors of the driving force and the effect mechanism.This paper reviewed the change in the connotation of industrial heritage, at the same time, defined the theoretical basis and the scope of studying the industrial heritage.In this part of the research, this paper analyzed the formation and function condition of the driving force, through the project acceleration model, the composition of the positive and negative forces was got.In view of the above research, the following strategies to promote industry heritage development were given: perfect heritage management, reasonable matching resources;promote system innovation;strengthen market breed, attract innovative talents;import mature real estate and perfect project financing.
