RESEARCH ON THE ATRIUM SPACE DESIGN IN ECOLOGICAL BUILDING

At present the atrium space is designed for many public buildings.In order to research how to design the atrium space in an ecological building, the paper analyzes five basic atrium forms that have different effects on the internal environment.Depending on the analysis, the atrium space design methods are put forward for the cold climate, hot climate and hot summer and cold winter climate.
