A super high-rise building was located in Jiangyin with a height of 243 m.It was adopted the frame-corewall structural system and pile raft foundation.The main building,podium and pure basement were connected together underground without any deformation joint,which leaded to an enlarged base.Therefore,optimized design of pile foundation stiffness,post grouting for cast-in-situ pile and post-pouring belt were used in the project for controlling differential settlement.The structure characteristics were briefly introduced,where the foundation design based on the structural arrangement and geological data were elaborated.An optimized design of pile foundation stiffness to reduce differential settlement was emphatically introduced.
