REINFORCED DESIGN AND THE KEY CONSTRUCTION TECHNIQUE OF THE MAIN STRUCTURE OF BELT CORRIDOR IN A COAL MINE

  • Materials,members and structures of the belt conveyor corridor in certain coal mine was greatly degraded and deteriorated at the severe coal mine industrial environment.Based on the reliability assessment report and the study on damage mechanisms of the main structure of the belt conveyor corridor,combined with the functional requirement,firstly the part which had degraded and deteriorated was repaired,and reinforced concrete frame structure was strengthened by increasing the section area and CFPR,and prestressed reinforced concrete truss and steel channel beam of the corridor body were strengthened by GFRP,CFRP and adding steel plates,finally every part was maintained at surface.In addition,the key points of construction technology were summarized.
