An experimental research on 5 steel tube columns filled with steel-reinforced concrete subjected to compression-flexure loading was carried out.Ultimate bearing capacity and deformation were studied corresponding to different ratio of axial compression and loading direction.It was deeply analyzed the influence of double confining on bearing capacity,which was between the steel skeleton and steel tube,and distributing regularity of double confining in tensile region and compressive region.Contrasting with the experimental results,the practical formula of compression-flexure was built by N-M relationship,and a good agreement was obtained between the calculated results and the experimental results.
