It was introduced a project case concerning the ecological landscape shoreline repairing and the soft soil ground improvement of Shenzhen Gulf,in which through the field test of dynamic replacement,the law of change of rammed subsidence,the replacement depth and the growth and dissipation of pore water pressure were analyzed. Some valuable conclusions were obtained,and some suggestions were proposed on the follow-up field test in the dynamic replacement for the soft subsoil improvement.
