Abstract

Abstract

The old buildings of universities have witnessed the development of China ＇s higher education and the history of the universities.The rational transformation and utilization of them not only can save the resources but also can retain some traces of the development of the campus.Therefore,the protection and renovation of old buildings of universities brook no delay,which is an issue that architects must face.The aim of this study is to reconstruct and use the old buildings of the campus rationally from the adapting,updating and ecological perspective to make them start a new life cycle and realize their sustainable development．
