CALCULATION METHOD FOR DAMAGE INDEX OF RC BEAM UNDER FATIGUE LOADING

  • At present, the existing researches on the fatigue performance of reinforced concrete beam are mainly madeby experiments.Based on the linear relationship between the damage of concrete secant modulus and plastic strain, the damage variable of the beam was established by plastic strain.And then, the calculation formula of damage indexwas derived, which could be used in the complete process analysis.Through the comparison with experimentalresults, the applicability and reliability of the formula was proved.
