EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON MIX DESIGN AND EARLY STRENGTH OF RECYCLED AGGREGATE CONCRETE

  • Based on the test results of the basic performance of the recycled aggregate in Sichuan Province,the free water cement ratio method for mix design was adopted,and the value of W /C was suggested to be 0. 4. The experimental formula of conversion strength for different recycled aggregate replacement ratio was proved according to 90 sets of experimental data. The results by formula agreed well with those of the tests,which provided strength index for the use of recycled aggregate concrete and estimate of early strength of structure in this region.
