Abstract

Abstract

The scheme of manufacturing and handing by sections,and high altitude splicing in field was used for a project of the ultra high industrial plant.It was introduced the splicing of columns,support installation and erection of steel beams,and it was expounded mainly the steel structure hoisting process,assembly sequence,key points of installation,quality control measures.The practice has proved that this installation scheme has solved the problems of the high plant transport and installation,shortened construction period,reduced the cost of the project,improved the quality of installation.
