The structural performance of a fishery workshop in Weihai was detected after fire.The mortar compressive strength was detected by penetration method,the concrete strength was measured according to the drilling concrete samples,and residual bearing capacity of the prestressed concrete slabs with double T-sections was inspected by static loading test.The retrofitting measures were put forward to damaged bond-beam,roof board and masonry wall respectively,which can provide basis for treating project accidents.
