Compression property is the main mechanical property of recycled concrete hollow block masonry.From the compression test of members for a masonry,it is researched the compression strength,elastic modulus,the stress-strain curve and Poisson ratio.At the same time the laws and test results are compared and analyzed in this paper,it is given the suggested design value of compression strength of this sort of masonry.The test results show that recycled concrete block masonry has better compression strength and ability of deformation,so it can be used for load-bearing wall material.
