Abstract

Abstract

The key of protection about industrial heritages is to find.To find valuable heritages from countless resources becomes a prerequisite for scientific protection and adaptive-reuse.Based on it,it analyzes the current situation about the industrial heritages of Three Construction in Chongqing through relevant theories.To explore the based-value assessing system and establish the quantitative methodology are aims to categorize as the different levels,which serve to further protection.And taking Chongqing Steel factory for an example,it analyzes the adaptability of based-value assessing system which provides a supporting relevance for other heritage protection.
