POST-GROUTING TECHNOLOGY OF FOUNDATION CONSTRUCTION OF HENAN BROADCAST AND TV TOWER

  • Large-diameter super-long punching piles and post grouting technology were adopted in the construction of Henan TV tower. According to difficulty and design parameters, construction technology and scheme were introduced, and construction quality ensuring measures were put forward. The results showed that the construction quality control of piles bottom post grouing of bored piles was solved, supporting course at piles end and the soil layers around the piles were improved, the synthetic bearing capacity of piles was greatly improved and piles foundation settlement was controlled effectively.
