STUDY ON CONSTRUCTION OF CAOFEIDIAN DIGITAL CITY

The important significance of constructing Digital Caofeidian International Ecocity is firstly discussed.It is analysed the construction content of Digital Caofeidian.The implementation of the 1258 project completes the core of three levels of infrastructure,resource management and application services.Then it is also studied the construction mode of Digital Caofeidian,that is the one of integrating top-down government promotion model with bottom-up public participation model,thus forming its own characteristic interactive construction mode.Specialized organization ensures the smooth implementation of strategies and models.
