Abstract

Abstract

Technical innovation is a promotional factor of academic development in western architecture renewal field，which also means a lot for China urbanization. In the past decades，the domestic academic research of architecture renewal has been improving continuously，but the technical aspect of which has deficiencies. In current climates，its necessary to achieve phased investment mode on architecture renewal projects in big city，the premier assurance of carrying out this mode is that new technical problems need to be solved，that ＇s a developmental opportunity for the academic research in architecture renewal field.
