Taking an existing public building energy efficiency retrofit for example,compared the annual electricity consumption and the electricity consumption for each item before and after retrofit;and the energy efficiency effects corresponding to the different energy efficiency retrofit measures were analyzed.Through the temperature measurement,the indoor thermal environment affected by the building envelope energy efficiency retrofit was analyzed.The research results can offer the direction and emphasis for the existing public building energy efficiency retrofit in the hot summer and cold winter area.
