Old factory buildings in severe cold region are facing historic choice to be repaired,be torn down and be protected.Because of the geography and weather factors,the enclosures of these factory buildings have insulation function and historic characteristics.Adopting the reasonable and viable development countermeasures is the key to the correct development.Through investigation and research,experiment and test,practicable reformation measures,can be got,which will make the old factory buildings have a sustainable development,thus attaining the purpose of energy-saving and beautifying city in the process of city development.
