VIGOROUSLY PROMOTING BUILDING ENERGY EFFICIENCY BASED ON THE PREMISE OF FAIRNESS

The energy consumption of building is very large.Implementation of building energy conservation has important significance to decrease the energy consumption and protect environment.Starting from the social fairness it is pointed out that different technical standards of building energy-saving should be used for different quality level of buildings.More strict index demands should be given to high quality buildings,to control building energy consumption per unit building area.So the state should publish a series of incentive measures,establish the working and regulatory system,invest a lot of money;establish the standard of building energy-saving and perfect legal system of building energy-saving.
