It is very important for the variation of internal forces of supporting structure during the excavation process of underground space. In this paper, modeling the excavation process of Beigongmen Subway Station was done with the calculation software FLAC2D,and after analysis the following conclusions were made: the axial force in the top and the bottom slabs was related with the displacement in soil near the slabs; the shear and the moment figures were similar to both of the simply-supported beam, and their values were concerned with the absolute displacement in soil near the slabs. Hence the stress concentration occured at the corner of the supporting structures; and the excavation method and the design of supporting structures were adaptive to the loads from the surrounding soil.
