PLANNING AND DESIGN OF SMALL AND MEDIUM ENTERPRISE(SME) PARKS IN HANDAN

In our country,industrial parks acting as the growing pole of regional economic development bring cities good economic benefit,and even are regional symbol projects. However,it is because of environmental pollution,the lack of public services and few compromise between enterprises etc. in many industrial parks,which results in the descent of environmental quality and the fall of presence,all the reasons above restrain a sustainable development of industrial parks. This thesis puts forward effective ways of vitality creation of SME parks by analyzing the planning of SME parks in Handan City. Which brings reference to the healthy,high-efficient and orderly advance of industrial parks to some extent.
