STUDY OF CONSTRUCTION MONITORING FOR HIGHWAY TUNNEL CROSSING A BIG CAVE

  • When a tunnel crossing a big cave,the processes of monitoring and measurement are important and indispensable in tunnel construction. The work and the analysis based on it not only correctly reflect the stability of surrounding rock and treatment structure,but also optimize the tunnel support parameters as well. According to a big cave in highway tunnel project of Qinglian Expressway in Baixugong,it is studied monitoring contents and monitoring methods of karst tunnel excavation. Site monitoring and analysis are done for surrounding rock and treatment structure,whose results can be used for guiding site construction,thus guaranteeing the safety of tunnel,which can provide evidence for treatment design of karst tunnels.
