RELIABILITY ANALYSIS OF CABLE SUPPORTED BARREL VAULT STRUCTURE

  • Supported barrel vault is a new type of prestressed structure,its origin is combining tensigrity system concept with single-layer lattice shell. It is necessary to analyze the reliability of the barrel vault structure and check up whether the value of reliability meets the requirements of codes,which is the key to forming a reasonable and effective system. Based on probability theory and sensitivity analysis method,this paper discusses the influences of main parameters on its reliability,carries out the sensitivity of all parameters,fits reliability index formula and finally obtains the target reliability index under applicability conditions.
