The local environment within industrial buildings is greatly various because of its production process,so the durability performance and degradation rate of concrete structures under the environmental effect are different.This article adopts fuzzy mathematics method to confirm the local environmental factors in different environments,which quantifies the relationship between environmental effect and durability damage. Taking the bent columns in different local environment of one foundry workshop as the object and based on the durability data on the workshop,the residual life of the mill building was predicted,whose result was contrasted with actual situation of the mill building.
