STUDY ON MORTAR RATIO DEVIATION OF CONCRETE FRAME THEORY

  • It is recognized by concrete frame theory that a concrete is consisted of coarse aggregate,mortar and transition layer between coarse aggregate and mortar. Concrete frame theory was expounded,and conception of standard concrete was proposed in the paper. It was obtained compressive of standard concrete in different ages and strength equation between standard concrete and cement mortar strength. The frame effect of coarse aggregate was researched from mortar ratio deviation with literature review,based on which math model was established,and the influence of different coarse aggregates on concrete strength and workability was analyzed. Math model was further tested with recycled aggregate,lightweight concrete and fly ash concrete. It was concluded that there was a good correlation between strength and mortar ratio deviation,and mortar ratio deviation is an important parameter to research concrete frame theory.
