In this paper,a siamesed structure with two-tower is analyzed. Structure plan of the library is optimized.Based on the computation result of some structure programs,several models of structure are analyzed under minor seisms. Pushover analysis is used for integral model. Selection of structure model,vibration characteristic and the final design measures are discussed. Seismic design based on performance is proposed. Siamesed structural members and supporting members are elastic under intermediate seisms,slippage is in control.
