Taking the construction of mass concrete basement of a plant for example,this paper studies control technology of temperature crack at early age of the mass concrete from aspects of optimization of mix proportion, casting by layer,adding of admixtures of crack resistant fibres and cement-based crystal water-proof agent,and strengthening of temperature monitoring and curing of concrete etc,and calculates temperature,temperature stress and maximum pouring length of concrete by using related formulae of temperature calculation,which achieves a good effect. It also describes law of temperature variation,application of adding technology of admixture in crack resistance and seepage protecting,and researches the control mechanism of shrinkage crack from aspects of construction conditions,raw materials etc.
