Based on the existing public buildings in northern area of Jiangsu Province,combining with specific region,climate and architecture form,investigations have been carried out. Energy consumption structures of existing buildings in this area have been studied initially,and the reasons leading to high energy consumption have been figured out. At last,the integrated technologies of energy-saving renovation of existing buildings in this area which can be referred by designers and builders have been put forward.
