With the research project study on application of external pre-stressed technology for strengthening old bridges under the Railway Ministry as the background,it is conducted the test of bearing capacity of the old concrete board beams,based on the data the same sorts of beams are strengthened by external prestressing technology,on which an evaluation is done.It is further researched and identified the evaluated result by 2 million times of fatigue tests.
