Frost damage appeared in concrete after freezing and thawing, its mass loss was increased, while ultrasonic velocity, compressive strength and splitting strength were decreased. With the increasing of freezing and thawing cycles, the bond strength between steel bar and concrete was decreased, and ultimate slippage at free end of the steel bar was increased.Based on the test results, the bond behavior was deteriorated after freezing and thawing, whose main reason was the decrease in concrete strength by damage of concrete due to freezing and thawing cycles.
