  • Hot and humid environment brings difficulties to pouring concrete and curing of raft foundation for nuclear islands of nuclear power plants,it especially causes the high central temperature of the concrete and a great difference between internal and external temperature,which are harmful for controlling cracks.Based on the monitoring data of temperature strain in the process of pouring concrete of raft foundation for nuclear islands in hot and humid environment,a 3-D finite element numerical simulation model is set up and theoretical analysis results are given,controlling cracks on the concrete during the curing period is analyzed.There are no obvious cracks on the concrete after stripping.Which provides an important basis for crack control of pouring concrete of raft foundations for other nuclear power plants.
