THE ON-SITE TEST OF PUMPING PRESSURE OF CONCRETE-FILLED STEEL TUBE PUMPING

  • Through the on-site testing of the concrete pressure in a project of Baosteel, the curves of change in the pressure with the height in steel tube are analyzed.The pumping pressure is a kind of pulse pressure which changes from top to bottom along a particular straight line.The main reason of pumping burst is overflow hole blockage.And the solution of pumping burst is proposed by the analysis of overflow hole blockage.The method of reasonable pumping pressure is obtained.Finally,the project verifies the applicability of the suggested method.
