FINITE ELEMENT ANALYSIS OF BONDING ANCHORS FOR EXPERIMENTAL BRIDGE WITH CFRP CABLES

  • Based on the bonding anchors which used in the first CFRP cable-stayed bridge and obtained the national patent,a main research was given to the bonding anchors composed of direct and inner cone type of tube.The radial stress of CFRP tendons is selected as major research parameters and the influencing factors were analyzed for it.At last,corresponding optimization schemes were given.The results show that radial stress of CFRP tendons is decreased and the distribution tends to uniform,anchoring ability is also increased after the optimization of bonding anchors.Which show that the optimization schemes for bonding anchors are feasible.
