For the dynamic performance of core-RC and composite frame structures, The space finite element models of a 30-storey hybrid structure are established,modal analysis and elastic time-history analysis are conducted.The results indicate that the connection between frame and core has obvious effect on mode shape and natural vibration periods.The inter-story displacement maximal angle occurs on the middle stories of the composite structure.There are two extremal regions of story acceleration along the height direction of the structure under earthquake. The ratios of the story shears of exterior frame are less,whereas the ratios of the story overturning moment of exterior frame are larger.the connection will lead to significant change in the deformation and distribution of internal force.
