DISCUSSION ON KEY ISSUES AND STRATEGIES OF TRANSFORMATION OF INDUSTRIAL BUILDINGS IN CHINA

Taking the city of Shanghai for example,which is experiencing the relatively rapid process of urban modernization,from the perspective of the city and the viewpoint of general public,it is analysed the problems of the old industrial buildings,in particular,the key issues of the transformation of old factory buildings;through analyzing the actual situation of their reconstruction,it is intended to find out the effective and suitable strategies for transformation of old factory buildings in China in order to enhance the integrated value of the existing old industrial buildings.
