  • Based on life-cycle energy analysis,circular economy theory and system engineering concept,it is presented that building energy-saving should be studied from the view of life-cycle.The current situation of building energy consumption at each stage in China is analyzed.Some feasible energy-saving measures are proposed according to respective details of various stages.
