The prestressed concrete structure can be used in the large span structure and bears heavy load,comparing to reinforced concrete structure and used widely in projects.In comparison with the post stressed concrete structure,the pre-stressed concrete structure is easy,fast,cost-effective and high-efficient to be built.It is normally used in hollow beams and planks of the span of 13(16,20) meters.It was analyzed that the key procedures,such as the extension calculation of steel strand and its stretching on a long-lines stand,concrete casting etc and precutions of pretensioned PC hollow beams used for an expressway.
