Abstract
An in-situ test of a supergiant pile-raft was performed.During the experiment,a great variety of monitoring instruments were embedded to monitor the deformation of the raft,reaction of the piles,soil pressures in several vertical and laminar displacements.Some important rules about pile-raft foundation are achieved,and some questions of the testing are discussed.Also some shortages of the monitoring instruments are presented.
