During the construction of CPR 1000 demonstration projectLing'ao Nuclear Power Plant(phase-Ⅱ),one owner promotes localization of manufacture of key material and equipment for nuclear power plants.Taking the localization of manufacture of underrelaxation prestressed steel strands for containments for example,it is presented that the demands on products,research flow charts,particularly the demonstration by tests.It has been praved that the home steel strands can meet the tension requirements.
