Abstract

Abstract

Constructed in the 1980s, the low- stundard residences can not meet the requirements of modern society, which need reconstruction. According to the structural featues and combined with schemes of building reconstruction, it has been proposed the scheme of removing partial wall slabs and adding shear walls, by which the ant-i lateral force system of an original structure was changed, thus increasing its service life.
