PUSHOVER ANALYSIS OF LARGE-SPAN PRESTRESSED CONCRETE FRAME STRUCTURE

  • Lately,the static pushover analysis has become a simplified computer method for evaluating aseismic capacity of a structure. It is reviewed that the basic principles and methods of the static pushover analysis.Its main calculation procedure are summarized according to China code for seismic design by means of SAP 2000,based on which,the method is applied to pushover analysis of prestressed concrete frame structure.The results acquired are contrasted with those got by pseudostatic experiment. Some proposals for design are given
