Through experiment on the T-joint of circular tube under low reversed cycilc loading,the damage form and mechanical performance of T-joint of circular tube has been studied.At the same time,a finite element analysis by ANSYS software was done,whose results are in good agreement with those of the tests.The analytic results show that T-joint has better ductility;the shape of P- curve is stable and full,T-joint has perfect seismic performance.
